Lenenergo has started adopting equipment for the use of networks of base stations GLONASS / GPS.

The specialists of Lenenergo begun to be on duty at power grid facilities of Sochi. During the preparation and holding of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Petersburg power engineering specialists helped to provide a reliable power supply of the capital of sports competitions.
68 specially selected experts from all branches of Lenenergo controlled a condition of distribution to networks in the Lazarev and the Adler district of Sochi, and also to the territory of the Ice Cube palace in the Olympic Village, where the competition took place in curling, and the large ice arena “Shayba” in which the hockey games took place.
Lenenergo has implemented an automated procurement management system (APMS), which became the first integrated solutions portal for managing tender procedures in the national power industry. Development of IT-professionals of grid company was estimated by the journalistic community and was the winner of the “Project of the Year,” the largest community of IT-Directors of the Global CIO.
An automated procurement management system is implemented on the base of modern portal technology Microsoft Sharepoint. Its implementation has allowed the specialists of Lenenergo to optimize and speed up the preparation and coordination of documents for procurement procedures.

Lenenergo is one of the first among the country’s power grid companies that have started trial use of insulation monitoring system of overhead lines (HVL) MetrySense-4000.
Our unique equipment allows technicians to remotely monitor the status of overhead lines and clean the insulation of the necessary parts of transmission lines (TL).
Lenenergo has started large scale use of 35 kV reclosers.

Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko opened substation “Lenenergo” 110/35/10 kV #365 “Luppolovo” in Vsevolozhsk area after an extensive renovation.
The power source became growth point for Sertolovo where both housing construction, and development of an industrial zone are planned. On the territory of the substation are reconstructed building of a substation control point with new communications systems, remote control, relay protection and automation and also the modern equipment: power transformers, 110 kV open switchgear, 10 kV closed switchgear.
Rossetti, Lenenergo and St. Petersburg Agrarian University signed an agreement of intent to create a Federal Test Center (FTC).
In addition, the parties will organize collaboration in the field of preparation and retraining of experts, development of scientific and practical and innovative activity. FTC will be the first center in the country, focused on testing of high-voltage equipment. It is planned to carry out all the required by national and international standards the list of qualification tests of new and developed equipment.

Shareholders of Lenenergo at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 23 June, 2014 have decided to send 25% of its net profit for 2013 to the payment of dividends.
The shareholders decided to pay dividends on results of 2013 in the amount of RUB 106,229 mln, including on ordinary shares of Lenenergo to the amount of 15% of the net profit of the company and on preferred — 10% of net profit.
Lenenergo has completed the first phase of the reconstruction of 110/10 kV Substation # 318 “Vozrogdenie” in the Vyborg district of the Leningrad region.
Power substation was increased by 2.5 times. This will provide an additional power supply reliability of the railway station “Vozrogdenie”.

Lenenergo, on July 23 after a large-scale modernization put into operation 110/10/6 kV substation #514 “Krasnoselsky paper mill” in St. Petersburg.
The new cable line of 6 kV from the operating computer was turned on by the Acting Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko. He examined power transformers of 110 kV with a general power of 50 MVA and the equipment of 110 kV switchgear.

In St. Petersburg has started the project of development of 35 kV network — the most innovative project of development of power supply networks in Russia.
Acting Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko and Director General of JSC Rossetti Oleg Budargin gave a start from the control computer to individual tests of the equipment of innovative complete transformer substation of modular type (CTSM) 35/6/0,4 of kV #830 “Monetnaya”. It takes three times less space than a traditional center of power with the same capacity. Modern technology, microprocessor relay protection, automation and remote control allow rationally distribute the load and reduce power losses in the local network.

Over four days, teams from seven countries competed in professional skill. Following the results of competitions the rank of the best crew on repair and maintenance of
Lenenergo signed the cooperation agreement with the Petersburg producers of the electrotechnical equipment: “Elektrofizika”, “Eltekhnika”, “Electropult” and “NIIEFA-ENERGO”.
Action took place within the VII Petersburg international innovative forum. The agreement assumes introduction of innovative development on objects of the power grid company.
The project Lenenergo on development of historic center networks of St. Petersburg became the winner of the competition “It Is Made in St. Petersburg”.
For power networks of megalopolises the concept assumes construction on a place of 110 kV substation, the 330 kV substation of deep input with installation of two transformers 330/35 of kV with a power not less than 125 MVA, substations of 35/6 (10) kV and cable lines of 35 kV.
The annual report of Lenenergo for 2013 became the 14th of 140 annual reports of various companies and the second among the companies of a power grid complex. The rating is made by influential Russian analytical agency “Expert RA”.
The annual report of Lenenergo for 2013 won first place among the enterprises of electric grid sector and also, having become the nominee, entered into the three of the leaders among the companies with capitalization to 10 billion rubles at the XVII annual competition of annual reports, organized by JSC Moscow Exchange and RTsB media group.
Lenenergo modernized 110 kV substation “Vozrogdenie” in Vyborgsky district of the Leningrad region.
Reconstruction of object will allow to provide additional reliability of power supply of railway station “Vozrozhdeniye”. The cost of the large-scale project is RUB 364 million.
On December 11, 2014 the ceremonial opening of charging stations for electric cars in St. Petersburg took place. The governor of St. Petersburg, Georgy Poltavchenko, took part in the action.
One of gas stations is installed on the third floor of the covered P1 parking in the new terminal of the Pulkovo airport, the second station is placed in the territory of a parking of shopping center “Gallery”. The power of each device is 22 kW. The average time of full charging of the battery of the electric car is 3 h.
In the village Tervolovo of the Gatchina region of the Leningrad region, the unique educational and training complex Lenenergo have been opened. The governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko took part in action.
In the territory of 4 hectares, the most modern in CIS, 110/35/10 kV substation test site with the 40 MVA power transformer is placed and also educational and training complexes of high-voltage and distributive networks with poles of various versions. The cost of the project is about RUB 500 mln.
Lenenergo provided nearly 1 MW of power for construction of a residential complex “Smolny Avenue” in the Central district of St. Petersburg.
The residential complex, designed for 428 apartments, is planned to be commissioned in 2017. The power supply has become a HPP-2.
The Board of Directors of Lenenergo at a meeting of February 13, 2015 by unanimous vote elected Vasily Nikonov for the post of Director General of Lenenergo.
Lenenergo and Petersburg Sales Company signed the agreement on reduction of process of technological connection on two stages. It will reduce the average time of connection to electric networks for a period of up to 51 days.
Now it is possible to submit one package of documents at once to both companies in the mode of “a uniform window”. Thus representatives of the sales organization won’t leave on repeated check of metering devices. As a result the client at the same time will receive the contract of power supply together with the act of technological connection.
